We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the human resources portfolio for large-scale projects, clusters or assignments.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent management, training and development programs to ensure a high-performing workforce.
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of experience in core HR functions in construction industries.
  • Exposure to HR operations, talent acquisitions, talent management and training.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (MBA/PGDM) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of independently handling HR portfolios for large-scale projects or clusters.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits, as well as various HR policies.
