We seek an experienced leader to curate product selections, source innovative accessories and develop effective merchandising strategies for our sports and activewear collections.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the domestic and import supplier base, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for trends. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end buying processes, negotiating with vendors and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
The Senior Buying and Merchandising Manager will also collaborate with design teams on product development, analyze market data and sales performance, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
