Senior Manager: Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

  • Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  3. Process Improvement: Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
