Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR / Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring.

This key position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational talent needs.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hiring doctors, senior leadership positions, or university talent, along with solid knowledge of payroll, HR policies, job descriptions, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
  • Preparing and updating job descriptions across functions.
  • Partnering with management to meet organizational talent needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
