Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to spearhead our project's infrastructure development. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring site safety, and managing material supplies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to acquire necessary materials.
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage material inventory.
  • Provide technical guidance and suggestions for project improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Create work schedules and communicate adjustments to the team and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data, compile reports, and present findings to key decision-makers.
  • Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure quality assurance and provide feedback to the team.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Interiors, specifically in Commercial spaces.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
  • Certifications or licenses may be required depending on the project.
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills are essential.
