About Our Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions integration projects, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive project plans and timelines to drive successful M&A integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective project governance structures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communicate regular project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Build strong relationships with acquired company stakeholders to understand their operations, systems, and culture.
  • Promote cultural alignment, process standardization, and system integration across organizations.
  • Monitor synergy realization and track performance metrics and KPIs post-integration, ensuring sustained growth.
  • Support change management initiatives, employee communications, and cultural integration efforts.
  • Manage due diligence processes and ensure successful Day 1 planning and execution, minimizing disruption.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance considerations are addressed throughout the integration process, safeguarding organizational integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with 3–5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration.
  • Proven expertise in managing global integrations or working with international teams, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly valued.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in private equity-backed or fast-paced corporate environments, driving innovation and growth.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks, such as PROSCI or ADKAR, to optimize organizational transformation.
