Senior Collaboration Architect

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to spearhead the optimization of collaboration systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools, as well as expertise in Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance collaboration platforms, encompassing preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective system security, adherence to industry standards, and swift resolution of failures or performance issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of technology support experience.
  • Extensive experience with Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Familiarity with technologies like Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform for building and deploying services.
  • Able to foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibit optimism in challenging situations, and effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, able to decompose complex problems into manageable components, and offer succinct solutions.
