Job Summary

This role is focused on providing financial support to the organization.

  • The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including processing payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • They will also reconcile bank accounts and ledgers regularly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Additional responsibilities include supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, tracking expenses, budgets, and variances, and preparing financial reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Operations Management: The Finance Officer will oversee daily financial operations, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Accounting and Reporting: They will prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: The Finance Officer will ensure that all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  4. Financial Analysis: They will analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of finance/accounting experience; new graduates are welcome.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP familiarity is a plus.
