About the Opportunity:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities via prospecting target accounts, qualifying customer needs, and closing deals.

- Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with our team.

- Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and partner.

- Prepare and deliver proposals, product briefs, and MoUs.

- Plan and execute the acquisition of clients based on set targets to meet organizational requirements.

- Build and manage a strong sales funnel to meet set goals.

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients, and close deals.

- Customer Retention, Training, Up-selling, and Brand Building.

Preferred Experience & Attributes:

  1. Affinity to Business-to-Business Sales
  2. Sales Experience in Software Products (CRM, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, Business Process Automation)
  3. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  4. Strong Communication and People Skills
  5. Analytical and Negotiation Skills

You should have a solution-oriented approach to sales, be open to travel, and conduct events as per business requirements. You are expected to handle pressure and meet deadlines while delivering business and revenue targets.

This role is suitable for field-based sales experience, but exceptional candidates with internal sales experience looking to progress into field sales will also be considered.
