Job Title: Jira Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Jira administrator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, this person will be responsible for managing and configuring Jira environments to support project tracking issue management and agile workflows.

The role involves setting up and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and custom fields, as well as administering Jira user accounts and groups. The ideal candidate should have experience with integrating tools like PowerBI, Python, and Jenkins for reporting and automation.

Responsibilities include creating and managing issue types, screens, and field configurations, implementing and maintaining custom workflows tailored to project needs, and tracking and managing review cycles using Jira for various stages such as Supervisor Review, SME Review, DRA Review, and Author Rework.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for configuring automation rules for notifications, transitions, and field updates, using scripting tools and plugins to enhance Jira functionality. Additionally, they will develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Jira and integrated tools, export and analyze EPIC-level data for planning and implementation tracking, provide support to users on Jira usage and best practices, and conduct training sessions and create help documentation.
