Job Title:

IT Support Specialist

Role Summary:

This role focuses on providing secure and efficient user lifecycle management by supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing onboarding and offboarding procedures for users across multiple customer environments.
  • Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Google Workspace.
  • Managing user and channel access in Slack, including permissions and integrations.
  • Handling user provisioning tasks in Jira and other IT service management ticketing tools.
  • Assigning and removing user licenses across various SaaS applications.
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across user lifecycle tasks.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and escalating issues to L2 or OEMs when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of account status and license allocations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT support, onboarding/offboarding, or helpdesk roles.
  • A basic understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console).
  • A working knowledge of Slack user and workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent ticketing systems.
  • A basic knowledge of license management across common SaaS platforms.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
