
Digital Transformation Sales Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to lead our efforts in providing IT solutions. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.
This includes developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the digital solution segments, leading and coaching a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, and fostering a results-driven culture that motivates team members to meet and surpass sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Foster a results-oriented culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
Market Knowledge & Industry Insight:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on key sales metrics.
- Use CRM and sales analytics tools to manage and analyze sales data, making data-driven decisions to optimize the sales process.
- Regularly assess team performance and implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation and infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
