Job Overview:

  • Manage and maintain our intellectual property portfolio.
  • Draft and file trademark applications.
  • Prepare and submit replies to objections related to trademark applications.
  • Ensure timely renewal of intellectual property rights.
  • Weekly review of trademark journal for new filings and updates.
  • Filing of trademark opposition and necessary documents.
  • Conduct surveillance and take action against intellectual property infringement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to protect our interests in case of intellectual property infringement.
  • Prepare and review submissions and related documents for intellectual property proceedings.
