Job Title: Intellectual Property Rights Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced intellectual property rights specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IP portfolio, drafting and filing trademark applications, and responding to objections from relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our IP portfolio, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Draft and file trademark applications, as well as respond to objections and other communications from relevant authorities.
  • Conduct surveillance and take action against potential IP infringement, working closely with stakeholders to protect our interests.
  • Prepare and review submissions and related documents in connection with IP proceedings, ensuring that all necessary information is included and accurate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining IP portfolios, with a strong understanding of trademark law and regulations.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise documents and respond to complex queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential IP issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
