Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to arrange logistics such as meeting rooms video conferencing links etc.

Requirements/Preferences:
  • Proven experience in project coordination project management scheduler executive assistant or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar Outlook Calendly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
