Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive accounting specialist to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of GST returns, TDS payments and returns, income tax provisions, and other applicable financial compliances.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, audit schedules, and statutory audit support, cash flow statements, and financial analysis as required.
- Education: B.Com (mandatory), CA Inter or Semi-qualified CA (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance, internship experience in a CA firm or finance function is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and basic financial controls.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas), effective communication and teamwork, working understanding of GST, TDS & Income Tax rules.
