Job Title: Senior Financial Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accounting Specialist to lead the design, build, and configuration of financial applications. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure application development aligns with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Take accountability for team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Full-time education of 15 years is required.
  • This role is based in Bengaluru.
