QT Loads is a key player in the AIS140 Standards Market in India, with strong partnerships with OEMs like TATA, PMI, BluSmart, and Mahindra. We have deployed over 20,000 GPS trackers in the financial year 2023-2024.

Our Story

We were founded in 2015 and became fully operational since 2017. Our customer control center and offices are located in Noida, where we offer innovative telematics solutions to optimize fleet management.

The Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Executive at QT Loads in Noida. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing customized solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with the marketing team
  • Participate in industry events to establish our brand presence
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA is a plus
  • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Research Abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling to government agencies or large enterprises
  • Knowledge of EV/BMS technology and its applications in the transportation sector
  • Experience with digital marketing and social selling
