Job Role: Field Service Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting vending machines at various locations.

This includes performing timely maintenance as per given checklists, carrying out repairs as needed, and ensuring the smooth functioning of vending machines.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with technical teams, communicating effectively, and resolving issues on a day-to-day basis.

Additionally, the Field Engineer will be required to travel to new sites, install machines, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain vending machines at various locations
  • Perform timely maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of vending machines
  • Coordinate with technical teams and communicate effectively
  • Travel to new sites and install machines

Requirements:

  • Completed Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecom/ATM/Appliances/Other
  • Familiarity with soldering process of circuit boards
  • Valid Driving License and two-wheeler
  • 4G smartphone and familiar with mobile apps
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel up to 60 Kms/day
