Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for HRIS and other HR systems, including troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods.
  • Apply skills in requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment of new functionality, enhancements, and process improvement.
  • Work collaboratively to manage a broad range of HRIS activities, including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance.
  • Prepare standard operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Ensure HRIS support tickets are processed accurately and timely.
  • Demonstrated skill in HRIS tool configuration, primarily for Workday.
  • Ensure system data is accurate and compliant.
  • Create and write Standard Operating Procedures in a clear and organized way.
  • Work with HR functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information.
  • Address employee queries related to HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Off.
  • Work with Payroll and Finance teams to prepare monthly data loads.
  • Work with internal and external audit to ensure the integrity of system data.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • 1+ years experience of HRIS experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in a fast-growing company strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Workday HCM experience.
