Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support for HRIS and other HR systems, including troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods.
- Apply skills in requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configuration, testing, data conversion, and deployment of new functionality, enhancements, and process improvement.
- Work collaboratively to manage a broad range of HRIS activities, including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance.
- Prepare standard operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure HRIS support tickets are processed accurately and timely.
- Demonstrated skill in HRIS tool configuration, primarily for Workday.
- Ensure system data is accurate and compliant.
- Create and write Standard Operating Procedures in a clear and organized way.
- Work with HR functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information.
- Address employee queries related to HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Off.
- Work with Payroll and Finance teams to prepare monthly data loads.
- Work with internal and external audit to ensure the integrity of system data.
- Special projects as assigned.
- 1+ years experience of HRIS experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a fast-growing company strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Workday HCM experience.
