Highly Skilled Performance Test Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Test Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in performance and load testing, with a deep focus on Apache JMeter.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute complex performance test scripts using Apache JMeter to simulate various load conditions.
- Define detailed performance test scenarios based on business workflows, user behavior, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and memory leaks.
- Analyze performance test results, utilizing monitoring tools and system resource utilization data.
- Provide comprehensive and detailed reports highlighting bottlenecks, risks, and actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of server logs and application-level metrics to pinpoint root causes of performance issues.
- Participate actively in the entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Ensure all performance testing activities align with regulatory environments like GxP.
- Continuously optimize performance testing strategies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Contribute to the integration of performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance and load testing.
- Strong expertise in Apache JMeter for test script development and execution.
- Proven experience in regulatory environments like GxP.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for database performance validation and data integrity checks.
