Highly Skilled Test Automation Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled test automation specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites to ensure the functionality, performance and scalability of our software applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Python, C# and JavaScript, with experience in test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress and Playwright. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Circle CI and GitLab CI is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop automated test suites using industry-leading programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans and cases accordingly.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines to enable efficient testing and delivery of software updates.
- Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on risk analysis and business impact.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation, mentoring junior members of the QA team and providing technical guidance on testing best practices and automation techniques.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in test tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress and Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Circle CI and GitLab CI.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
