Senior Software Engineer Role

Our team is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to design and implement robust testing automation frameworks and scripts. This key member will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and address technical requirements.


The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing testing frameworks, troubleshooting testing issues, and documenting all procedures for future reference and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement performance/UI/content automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable test execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand the application architecture and identify testable components.
  • Execute automated tests as part of the continuous integration and delivery pipeline.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and provide detailed reports.
  • Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Proficient in performance/UI automation framework design and implementation (e.g., Locust, Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured).
  • Proficient in continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
  • Hands-on experience with data handling using SQL/NoSQL DB.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., TDD, BDD).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Coralogix).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
