Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled High-Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Testing Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, capacity, and scalability of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in performance testing, with a strong background in JMeter and scripting languages such as JavaScript. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather performance testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Conduct system performance testing to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze test results and work with development teams to implement bug fixes and optimize system performance.
  • Develop automated scripts in JMeter and customized codes in JavaScript to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Provide support in script development activities and review existing test procedures to recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5+ years of performance testing experience, with 2+ years involving JMeter.
  • Familiarity with Agile/ Waterfall development methodologies and Continuous Integration.
  • Experience working on Finance/Banking domain projects.
  • Excellent Soft Skills, including communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
