Performance Testing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Performance Testing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of Oracle EBS modules. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, planning, and executing comprehensive performance test cases based on business scenarios and expected user loads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop realistic and reusable performance test scripts using industry-standard tools
  • Analyze test results to identify performance issues and root causes
  • Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to propose and implement tuning recommendations
  • Define test strategies, track progress, and ensure efficient performance testing cycles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing, including module-specific testing approaches

Deep understanding of performance testing types including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing

End-to-end knowledge of performance test strategy, scripting, execution, and analysis

Ability to detect and diagnose application, database, or infrastructure-related performance bottlenecks

Skilled in providing performance improvement recommendations and tuning suggestions

Nice to Have:

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with project and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
