Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom extensions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms (RICEFW) using Oracle development tools (PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF, ADF).
  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS modules, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and performing system maintenance.
  • Analyze and optimize EBS performance by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and other systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth data flow.
  • Work with Oracle database administrators to ensure optimal database performance and availability.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user guides.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on Oracle EBS best practices and recommend improvements to the system and processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10-15 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and modules.
  • Expertise in Oracle development tools: PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF, ADF.
  • Strong experience in developing custom RICEFW components.
  • Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Good understanding of Oracle database principles and performance tuning techniques.
  • Experience with Oracle APIs and integration methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12.2 and latest versions
