Oracle Fusion/EBS HCM Functional Consultant

Hiring 60-70% Onsite Work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM modules.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise in HCM modules including (but not limited to) Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, ORC, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate HCM solutions.
  • Manage onsite-offshore coordination, including task delegation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for the delivery of integrated business processes.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, configuration, testing, and support services.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and/or EBS HCM.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and manage user expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 48 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and/or Fusion HCM applications.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and post-production support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture and configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
