Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, develop and execute test plans, and analyze results to inform product decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure system reliability and efficiency
  • Develop and execute test plans to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze test results to inform product decisions and drive improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Maintain and improve existing testing infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in software development or performance testing and engineering
  • Strong understanding of performance testing principles and practices
  • Experience with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, AppD, Grafana, and Splunk
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
