  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve receivables related queries received from customers
  • Support customers to resolve billing issues and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain detailed records of post correspondence updates on accounts receivable to ensure aging is up to date
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and establish good client relationships
  • Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate challenges to management as needed
  • Continually look for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or commerce (B. Com)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts payable, account receivable, or general ledger
