Job Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and implementing strategic plans to achieve maximum returns.

This role involves managing international clients, overseeing revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. You will work closely with our founder to create and manage revenue budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize room sales and revenue for hotels/holiday homes/hotel apartments.
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market trends, providing price and strategy adjustments recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of controls applied to all systems.
  • Recruit and train new team members as the company expands internationally.
  • Organize weekly revenue meetings with partners to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions.
  • Ability to learn and teach best practices of Revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes.
