  • Troubleshoot Hardware and Software Issues:
  • Identify and resolve technical problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Provide Remote Desktop Support:
  • Offer assistance to customers via phone, email, or online chat to resolve their technical queries
  • Conduct Application Customization:
  • Configure and customize software applications to meet the needs of end-users
  • Maintain System Performance:
  • Monitor system performance and implement timely updates to ensure optimal functionality

 

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential Requirements:
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with voice-logging systems and remote support tools
  • Education:
  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE
  • Languages:
  • Fluency in English and Tamil
  • Additional Skills:
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift operation environment
  • Administer servers and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Manage inventory of hardware/software assets
  • Record technical resolutions and provide performance reports
