Technical Support Role Overview

Our organization seeks dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialists to provide first-line technical assistance for Microsoft 365 services and desktop environments.

The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, familiarity with Windows 10/11, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
  • Provide fundamental troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Support desktop environments: Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripheral support.
  • Assist with user account management in Azure AD / Office 365 (password resets, license assignment, MFA setup).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer initial technical assistance for various software applications and hardware devices.
  2. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to deliver effective solutions to clients.
  4. Document and maintain accurate records of support interactions.
