Job Overview

The Banking Alliance Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions to expand business capabilities. This role plays a crucial part in fostering collaboration between the company and banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate potential partners by analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's objectives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field with 3-7 years of experience in the Financial Services sector.
  • Able to use data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong professional network in the banking and NBFC space.
