Hotel Technology Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Technology Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to escalated support issues, use various tools to diagnose challenges, and develop solutions to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert knowledge of our product to create custom reports and export requested data.
  • Develop SQL queries to research customer issues and analyze data from our databases.
  • Act as the escalation point for issues requiring further investigation beyond initial support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate ideas and questions between end-users and engineers.
  • Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience working with JIRA, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multiple teams (DevOps, Customer Success, QA, Level 1 Support).
