Job Overview
In this role, you will work as a Business Consultant with Intellicus Technologies, responsible for managing business projects on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) tools and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and execute assigned business projects according to client requirements
2. Meet with clients to assess problematic situations and collect information about their businesses
3. Analyze data to identify weaknesses and problems, and develop solutions
4. Present findings and recommendations to clients with justification and practical advice
5. Develop detailed business plans to drive change and assist clients in implementing them
6. Partner with the Professional Services team to support project management from a business capability standpoint

Requirements:
1. 5-9 years of experience in WFM roles, including forecasting, capacity planning, rostering, and scheduling
2. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, and Nice IEX
3. Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
4. Ability to travel as required by the business
5. Graduate degree in any discipline, with Certified Management Consultant certification preferred
