Job Overview
Jupiter AI Labs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and supporting IT projects, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are completed on time, within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and organizing IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to the project manager as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure that project resources (human, technical, and financial) are efficiently utilized.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Support the team in managing project risks and resolve any roadblocks or obstacles that arise during project execution.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth flow of information.
- Maintain project documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and technical specifications.
- Help ensure that projects comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-6 months of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, or system integration is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of IT methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience with remote teams and global stakeholders is a plus.
