We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at Intellicus Technologies. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing client projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect information about clients' businesses through various methods, including shadowing, interviews, and reading reports.
  2. Analyze data to identify weaknesses and problems, and develop recommendations and solutions.
  3. Present findings and suggestions to clients with justification and practical advice.
  4. Develop detailed business plans to drive changes and assist clients in implementing the plan.
  5. Partner with the Professional Services team to support project management from a business capability standpoint.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in WFM roles, including forecasting, capacity planning, rostering, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX, and databases.
  • An analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, and confidence in communication both written and verbal.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline and certification in Management Consulting is a plus.
