We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 technologist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This position requires over 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional implementation.
  • Candidates should have strong customer-facing skills, preferably with a background in Business System Analyst (BSA) role.
  • A thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015, and Unified Client Interface (UCI) is essential.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required for this position.
  • A deep understanding of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and ability to integrate them with third-party applications is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and proficiency in plugin development, SSIS development, console app development, Power Automate development, C#, .NET, Java script, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Web API, rest API development, Ribbon Workbench development, solution deployment, code check-in and checkout, and Azure DevOps is expected.
  • Knowledge of CRM D365 Admin concepts such as user management, roles, workflows, business rules, entities, fields, views, forms, process flows, security roles, security assignments, and record sharing is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions.
  • Develop plugins, SSIS packages, console apps, and Power Automate flows.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 with third-party applications.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and data encryption.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and entity relationships.

Requirements:

  • Over 4-6 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 experience.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015, and UCI.
  • Full life cycle implementation experience across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules.
  • Proficiency in plugin development, SSIS development, console app development, Power Automate development, C#, .NET, Java script, Jquery, HTML, CSS, Web API, rest API development, Ribbon Workbench development, solution deployment, code check-in and checkout, and Azure DevOps.
