    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
  • Compliance:
    • Evaluate and ensure all customizations and configurations adhere to Microsoft best practices and security guidelines.
    • Maintain regulatory compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) as applicable.
  • Improvement & Innovation:
    • Stay current with latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform releases.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency, user adoption, and return on investment.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 9-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) with expertise in end-to-end implementation.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Dynamics 365 Expertise: CRM, CE, F&O, Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain.
    • Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
    • Development: C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources.
    • Integrations: Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, SSIS/SSRS, REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Database: SQL Server, Data Migration Framework, ETL Tools.
    • Cloud & Security: Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Role-based Security, Identity & Access.
