We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist with 9+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and managing Dynamics 365 applications.

The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, customization, integrations, performance optimization, and leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects.

This role demands strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and leadership skills to drive digital transformation Responsibilities Design & Architecture :

- Lead the design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP/CE/Finance & Operations).

- Define end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.

- Translate complex business requirements into Dynamics 365 solutions and integrate with other enterprise & Development :

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), plugins, workflows, and business rules.

- Develop integrations with third-party systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

- Manage data migration, data cleansing, and ETL processes for Dynamics 365 projects.

- Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead Dynamics 365 implementations across CRM, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.

- Manage vendors, partners, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality & Compliance :


- Ensure all customizations and configurations follow Microsoft best practices and security guidelines.

- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) as applicable.

- Conduct code reviews, documentation, and testing to ensure quality and Improvement & Innovation :

- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform releases.

- Recommend improvements to enhance user adoption, system performance, and ROI.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies like AI Builder, Virtual Agents, and Copilot (AI in Dynamics) to add business & Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 9 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP/CE/Finance & Operations) with end-to-end implementation expertise.

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing).

- Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and large-scale implementation projects.

- Experience working with Agile / Scrum project delivery Skills :

- Dynamics 365 Expertise : CRM, CE, F&O, Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain.

- Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.

- Development : C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources.

- Integrations : Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, SSIS/SSRS, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Database : SQL Server, Data Migration Framework, ETL Tools.

- Cloud & Security : Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Role-based Security, Identity & Access Skills :

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

- Leadership and mentoring ability for cross-functional and distributed teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
