We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of SENIOR CONSULTANT SPECIALIST

In this role, you will:
. Removing impediments for the team and shield them from interruptions, act as a coach to the team
. Involve Effort estimates, technical solution, Impact Analysis and Due Diligence
. Involve in sprint planning, Sprint review and Sprint retrospective
. Work with the Product Owner and align the Sprint goal objectives
. Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the relevant data standards and data controls.
. Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework.
. Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly.
. Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the team.
. Engage with multiple stakeholders to align processes to match organizations strategic goals
. Review processes, ALM and DevOps, identify bottlenecks and help team optimize them including new requirements that come over time
. Engage with DevOps team to help optimize pipelines to make these finish faster with reliance.
. Work with Microsoft Point of Contact to infuse best practices into technical delivery.
. Provide technical and process (Agile) oriented best practices recommendation and help implement them
. Review implementation, identify gaps, technical debts and help plan/execute resolution of them in timely manner
. Engage with dev team and Test Team to identify root cause of quality issues and help improve quality over time with increased self vigil and best practices
. Engage with dev team and DevOps to achieve compliance to quality gate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
. Candidate should have at least 9 + years of experience in project implementation using Microsoft technology stack.
. Experience of successful implementation of Power Platform, Dynamics CRM
. Experience using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM
. Experience on Dynamics 365 administration and deployment strategies.
. Experience on Best Practices recommended by Microsoft for Power Platform
. Minimum 4 years of experience guiding technical team to achieve timebound, quality delivery
. Minimum 2 years of experience in running scrum team
. Experience in Agile, Scrum Methodologies and managing scrum team
. Experience providing architectural solution design for Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for Cloud.
. Understanding of Integration pattern and experience on implementation
. Understanding of Azure Apps such as Azure Functions, Web Jobs, Azure Service Bus etc.
. Experience implementing Azure DevOps for a successful and reliable CI/CD pipeline
. Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills
. Experience of Test driven techniques including TDD, automated unit testing and mocking.
