Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Design and implement CRM workflows, plugins, custom entities, and business rules.
- Build integrations with third-party applications using Web APIs and other integration tools.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Visual Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Customize and extend CRM UI to meet user and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM solutions for performance and scalability.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for CRM applications.
- Ensure CRM platform follows best practices, governance, and security standards.
Technical Skills Required :
- Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in .NET framework and C#
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Expertise with Visual Studio for development and deployment
- Strong knowledge of Web API, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for CRM customization
- Experience with CRM UI customization and workflow automation
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure (preferred)
