Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Genome Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis and genetic diagnostic testing results. This includes:

  • Reporting writing and clinical report generation;
  • TAT maintenance;
  • Close project and test orders within TAT with the genome analyst team and customer support;
  • Liaising with sales and BD team to clear customer queries;
  • Management of LIMS status;
  • Providing consultations on specific projects;
  • Publishing clinical and laboratory findings in peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology, along with at least 3 years of experience in Analysis and interpretation of Molecular Genetic results. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
