Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented marketing leader to oversee operations, including exhibitions, social media management, budget control, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing exhibition logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities include overseeing social media planning, scheduling, and execution to maintain brand consistency, tracking marketing expenses, collaborating with finance, and maintaining records on campaign spends.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving sales collateral creation, reviewing, and distribution, coordinating with design agencies and printers, negotiating with vendors, maintaining approved vendor lists, and ensuring quality deliverables.

In addition, the individual will implement brand identity across all touchpoints, review physical and digital branding, and audit for consistency. They will also manage merchandise and gifting end-to-end, liaising with creative and procurement teams.

Lastly, they will monitor and track incoming enquiries, maintaining accurate records and coordinating follow-up with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination.
  • Industry background in FMCG or marketing/creative agency with BTL experience.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Sharp eye for detail and good design sensibility for brand consistency.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results under tight timelines.
