This job involves overseeing the corporate strategy of a leading financial institution.

As the senior strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's growth and development. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our strategic planning team.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and non-performing assets, and identifying early warning signals of credit risk.
  • You will conduct risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • You will establish and maintain credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • You will prepare regular management information systems, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for stakeholders, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • You will ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

Responsibilities:
