Overview: Admin Looks is seeking an experienced Sales & BD Manager to drive business growth in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • PARTNER WITH THE TEAM TO RECRUIT AND TRAIN A SECOND LINE OF SALES AND QA TEAM MEMBERS

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of yarn export sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should be a textile graduate with post-graduation in management or M.Tech.
