Job Title:
People Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a diligent and meticulous intern to join our People team as an operations coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on Keka (attendance, leave, docs, birthdays, anniversaries) to guarantee efficient HR operations.
- Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation, to ensure a respectful and smooth transition.
- Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies in line with our async-first and side-gig-friendly culture.
- Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins to foster a strong company culture.
- Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready.
- Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination.
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing data and reports.
- Interest or coursework in People, operations, or business administration.
