Job Overview:

As a Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Annual Workforce Compensation plans across multiple countries.

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application with 3 to 8 years of experience is required.
  • You will implement enhancements and related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment.
  • Collaboration with technical teams to modify formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements is essential.
  • Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT cycles is a key part of this role.
  • Accurate employee data loading in the correct UDTs or External tables requires close collaboration with the Data team.
  • Providing support on WFA-related issues is also a responsibility of this position.
