Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing and Evaluating Patients' Health Status: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' health status to provide the best possible care.
  2. Developing and Implementing Nursing Care Plans: They will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Providing Medical Treatment and Administering Medications: Our nurse will provide medical treatment and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  4. Educating Patients and Their Families: They will educate patients and their families about healthcare and self-care practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
  5. Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals: Our team member will collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the highest level of patient care.
  6. Maintaining Accurate Patient Records: They will maintain accurate and detailed patient records to track progress and make informed decisions.
  7. Adhering to Hospital Policies: Our nurse will adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  8. Staying Current with Industry Developments: They will stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing practices and healthcare technology to remain effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's degree preferred
  • Valid nursing license and registration
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
