Occupational Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to children with developmental challenges.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with varying abilities and will be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, improve functional skills, and enhance the quality of life for children and their families.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental, physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and child/family goals.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
  • Modify treatment plans as needed based on child progress and changing needs.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop and implement home programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
  • Experience working with children with developmental challenges.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
